Fix Fuse-Tripping Microwave

My countertop microwave trips the fuse breaker roughly two seconds after I hit “Start.” The unit was working normally and, with no apparent reason, began shutting the circuit down; there was no recent power outage or move that might explain it.

I have already unplugged the appliance, waited, and plugged it back in—no change. I have not opened the casing, tested internal fuses, or explored the magnetron, capacitor, or door-switch chain, so everything inside is still factory-sealed. I’m looking for a technician who can:

• Diagnose the root cause of the breaker trip, whether it’s a shorted high-voltage component, faulty interlock, or something on the control board.
• Source and install any required replacement parts.
• Test the microwave under load to confirm it heats properly without cutting power.
• Leave the workspace tidy and the unit safe for everyday use.

Please let me know your availability for an on-site visit, typical turnaround time once parts are identified, and any warranty you provide on the repair.
