Fix Form Heading Text Color

On my New Patient Forms page (https://academypt.com/new-patient-forms/) the form headings and field labels are displaying in white against a very light background, making them hard to read. I want those specific pieces of text to adopt the same dark color already used for body copy elsewhere on the site so everything looks consistent.

Please update the styling so the darker color carries through to every form on that page—no other sections or pages should be affected. A quick CSS tweak in the theme, child theme, or customizer is fine as long as it’s clean, future-proof, and doesn’t break existing styles.

Acceptance criteria:
• All form headings and labels on the page render in the matching dark shade.
• No unintended color changes appear anywhere else.
• Change is visible immediately after a hard refresh and passes inspection across desktop and mobile.
