Fix & Export Iron Golem Model

I already sculpted and textured a custom iron golem in Blockbench, but once it’s added to my Forge-powered 1.20.1 world the geometry bends, limbs clip and the UVs scatter. I’m clearly missing a step on the Blockbench side, so I’d like you to take my .bbmodel (and its PNG texture), correct whatever is wrong and hand it back in the exact format that Java Edition with Forge expects to overwrite the vanilla iron golem.
The scope is limited to that single entity—no extra variants, no new code beyond what’s essential for a straight replacement. When I drop your files into the resource-mod structure and reload, I should see my golem animating, walking and attacking just like the original, with the texture perfectly aligned and no visual glitches.
Deliverables
• Repaired Blockbench project (so I can learn from the fixes)
• Final model/animation JSONs or generated .java file ready for Forge 1.20.1
• Corrected texture PNG (if UV edits were required)
• A quick read-me explaining where each file goes and any tiny code hook I might need
If you prefer a particular export path—GeoJSON, OBJ to code, or direct .java—just let me know; I’m flexible as long as the result works in-game. Looking forward to seeing my golem finally stand tall without twisting itself into knots.
