Fix Docker Networking & LM Studio

I have a brand-new Windows 11 Server where both Docker Desktop (latest stable release) and LM Studio are freshly installed. Everything launches, yet containers inside Docker cannot reach the internet and LM Studio obviously inherits the same limitation. I need the networking issue diagnosed and cleared so standard pull / push commands, package installs and external API calls work without manual proxies or work-arounds.
Once connectivity is solid, I would like LM Studio configured for simulation tasks only—no production workloads. Please audit the machine’s CPU, GPU and RAM, then recommend and load the most suitable local AI model so I can start running research simulations straight away.
You will receive full Remote Desktop access; I’ll stay on standby for firewall tweaks or credential sharing as needed. When you are done I expect:
• Containers and LM Studio confirmed online (simple curl or apt tests are fine).
• LM Studio opened with the chosen model running a quick sample simulation.
• A brief note of what you changed—network rules, Docker settings, model name and size—so I can repeat the process on future machines.
That’s it; once those three boxes are ticked, we are good.
