Fix Contact Form 7 Issue

My WordPress site’s Contact Form 7 is misbehaving—submissions aren’t reaching me and the user experience is inconsistent. I need a quick, clean fix that leaves the form fully functional and sending confirmation emails without errors.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Diagnose the root cause, whether it’s a misconfigured form template, mail-sending problem (PHP mail, SMTP, SPF/DKIM), or a conflict with the current theme or other plugins.
• Apply the repair, test thoroughly, and document the changes so I can replicate them after future updates.
• Prove success with at least two live test submissions: one from you, one from me, both landing in my inbox and displaying the correct success message on the site.

You’ll have full admin access to a staging or live environment (your choice) and can use standard tools such as WP-Mail-SMTP, developer console, or log files for troubleshooting. Once the form is stable I’ll sign off immediately.
