Five Detailed Revit Exterior Models

Scope of Work

CAD Data Ingestion & Setup: Import and align 5 provided 2D CAD files (.dwg) into the Revit environment to serve as spatial references for turnstile positioning and lobby context.

Model or configure parametric BIM turnstile families based on the provided CAD layouts, unifying mechanisms across all lanes (e.g., standardizing on dual-panel optical swing gates).

2D/3D : Configure view visibility so that complex 3D geometry is suppressed in 2D floor plans, displaying clean 2D symbolic lines, centerlines, and 90° barrier swing arcs.

3D Scene Setup: Set up a perspective camera view tailored for visual presentation and spatial clearance checks.

Project Deliverables

1 × Revit Project File (.rvt) per model

Contains the imported CAD base maps and fully modeled, parametric 3D turnstile array.

Configured with 2D symbolic linework for floor plan views and clearance boundaries.

1 × 3D Scene View per model

1 pre-set 3D perspective/camera view embedded within the Revit project file for client presentations and spatial review.
