Fitness PDF to Excel Conversion

The entire fitness book is currently locked inside a PDF. I need it transferred into a clean, fully editable Excel workbook so every workout description, exercise table, nutritional guideline, and any accompanying notes can be searched, filtered, and updated with ease.

Accuracy matters: headings must carry over exactly, units and reps cannot shift, and any small tables that appear in the PDF should remain intact in Excel. If a page contains mixed content—say, text instructions above a rep/set chart—keep that relationship clear, either by grouping them in the same row set or by placing the chart directly beneath the related text.

A reliable OCR or copy-paste method that preserves line breaks and avoids garbled characters is essential. Conditional formatting is welcome wherever it improves readability, but please keep the file lightweight and free of macros.
