Deploy a ready-made CRM to Firebase Hosting with custom domain (code and guide provided)

Description:
We’re a small admission counselling startup. Our CRM is already built and tested: one HTML/JavaScript web app using Firebase Authentication (email/password), Firestore and Cloud Storage. Security rules, firebase.json and a step-by-step deployment guide are included. We need an experienced person to deploy it correctly on our accounts and hand it over working.
Scope of work:
Help us set up a Firebase project on our Google account: the web app, Email/Password sign-in, Firestore (asia-south1), Storage (us-central1), and the Blaze plan with a ₹200/month budget alert.
Deploy the provided folder with firebase deploy (hosting, Firestore rules, Storage rules). No code changes are expected.
Connect our domain (crm.ourdomain.in) through Firebase Hosting, add the DNS records at our registrar, and confirm https works.
Customise the password reset email (sender name and wording).
Run a first-time setup with us: create the admin login and import our data backup (a JSON file the app imports itself).
Test with us on a live call:
admin and counsellor logins
invite emails
file upload
chat
one Android phone install
Give a short handover: how to redeploy updates, and confirm we are the only owners on every account.
Access and security (required):
We will add you to the Firebase project as Editor for the duration of the job and remove you after handover. We will not share our Google password.
We will add the DNS records ourselves while you guide us on a screen-share, or give you temporary DNS-only access.
No copies of our data or code are to be kept after the job.
