FinTech Trainers Needed in Mohali

I am putting together a short-term, on-campus program for a local college in Mohali and need experienced subject-matter experts who can step directly into the classroom. Each subject requires **24 teaching hours**, delivered in blocks of approximately 3–4 hours per day. The rate is **₹1,000 per teaching hour**.

### Subjects

1. Digital Payments – payment rails, wallets, UPI, compliance and risk
2. Python for Finance with AI – Python, data analysis, basic models and back-testing
3. Cyber Security in FinTech – threats, secure development and regulatory standards
4. Algorithmic Trading** – trading strategies, market data, Python-based implementation and back-testing

Candidates may apply for one or more subjects.

### Requirements

* Demonstrable college-level teaching or relevant industry experience
* Strong subject knowledge and awareness of current industry practices
* Availability for the complete **24-hour module in person at our Mohali campus**
* Willingness to participate in a short subject-screening interview

### Expected Deliverables

1. Session-wise lesson plan
2. Well-structured slides and/or notebooks
3. Practical exercises or mini-projects
4. Brief post-course assessment/feedback

Python trainers should be comfortable with **Jupyter, pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn**. Relevant FinTech, RBI, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 standards should be incorporated where applicable.
