Fintech SaaS "Private Deals" Logo Design

We are looking for a modern, minimal, premium and trustworthy logo for our new fintech and SaaS company, Private Deals. The company will partner with businesses and provide multiple SaaS platforms and technology solutions, so the brand should feel professional, secure, innovative and scalable rather than like a generic finance startup. We want a unique and memorable visual identity, preferably combining a distinctive symbol with the “Private Deals” wordmark. The symbol should be strong enough to work independently as a mobile app icon, favicon and product identity. Please avoid generic financial symbols such as currency signs, coins, bank buildings, or basic graphs. The logo will be used across our website, mobile/web applications, SaaS platforms, social media, presentations and business documents.
