Fintech Portal UX Overhaul

I’m ready to give our Fintech web portal a full-scale UX refresh so it feels effortless for our core users—financial advisors, company top management, —while preserving the power under the hood. The objective is simple: dramatically improve the overall user experience by honing two high-impact areas that keep coming up in feedback sessions:

• Streamlining navigation so advisors can reach key tools and data in fewer clicks and with clearer way-finding cues.
• Elevating the visual design to a polished, modern standard that reinforces trust and professionalism without overwhelming the analytics-heavy interface.

Here’s what I need from you:
1. An audit of the current workflows pinpointing friction and redundancy.
2. Low- and high-fidelity wireframes that re-map the navigation hierarchy.
3. Pixel-perfect mock-ups (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD—your choice) demonstrating the refreshed visual language, color palette, typography and component library.
4. A clickable prototype we can run through with a small advisor focus group.
5. A concise style guide so our engineering team can implement and maintain the new patterns consistently.

I’ll supply access to the staging site, user personas, and analytics heatmaps on request. Turnaround for the first set of wireframes is two weeks after project kick-off; the full prototype should follow within four weeks.
