Fintech Compliance Document Legal Review

I run a licensed fintech bank and our team has already drafted the full set of compliance documents that govern our new payment-operator / payment-orchestration layer. Before we file them with regulators and connect additional acquiring partners, I need a qualified lawyer to give these papers a final, professional seal of approval and produce a concise legal opinion confirming that the framework is sound.

What you will be looking at
The pack consists solely of compliance documents—no commercial contracts or policies outside that scope. They address risk controls, settlement flows, safeguarding of client funds, KYC / AML touchpoints and all operational mechanics of the orchestration layer. Everything is essentially ready; I just need an expert eye to verify that each provision is enforceable and that the overall structure meets current payment-services regulations.

Your job
1. Review the documents in detail (they are already well-organised and annotated).
2. Flag any weak or missing clauses and propose precise wording where improvement is needed.
3. Deliver a written legal opinion, on your letterhead, that states the documents are compliant for a licensed payment operator and identifies any residual risks.

Acceptance criteria
• All comments returned in a tracked-changes file or annotated PDF.
• A standalone legal-opinion letter suitable for presentation to auditors, banking partners and regulators.
• Turnaround time agreed up front, ideally within 3 days.

Experience that will help you shine: direct work with payment institutions, fintech licences, PSD2 or comparable frameworks, and familiarity with AML requirements as they intersect with orchestration platforms.
