Project Title: Consultant Required for Finsure BPO Provider Onboarding & Compliance Documentation
Project Description
We are looking for an experienced freelancer or consultant to assist our company, Skillpal Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, in completing the onboarding and compliance documentation required by Finsure, an Australian mortgage aggregator.
Our company provides offshore mortgage processing and credit analysis support to Australian mortgage brokers. We need professional assistance completing the required onboarding forms, understanding the compliance requirements, and identifying the supporting documents and evidence required for submission.
Scope of Work
The freelancer will be responsible for:
1. Reviewing the Finsure onboarding forms and BPO Provider Assessment documents.
2. Assisting in completing the forms accurately based on our company's business operations and existing policies.
3. Reviewing the staff background check forms and other relevant onboarding documentation.
4. Identifying the supporting documents and evidence required by Finsure.
5. Highlighting any compliance gaps or missing information that could delay approval.
6. Advising us on which sections must be completed by Skillpal and which must be completed by the Australian mortgage broker.
7. Identifying any sections that require legal advice or confirmation from Finsure.
