Investor Outreach & Fundraising Representative Needed

Summary
Can Dogs Help Company is seeking an experienced FINRA-registered fundraising professional to assist with our current $250,000 capital raise.

This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity focused on identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with qualified angel investors, accredited investors, family offices, venture capital firms, and other appropriate investors.

Applicants must currently be associated with a FINRA-member broker-dealer or appropriately registered placement agent that can approve and supervise the fundraising activity.

Candidates holding an active Series 82, Series 7, or other applicable securities registration are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Identify and research qualified potential investors.
Conduct investor outreach through email, LinkedIn, telephone, introductions, and professional networks.
Introduce qualified investors to the company.
Schedule investor meetings and calls.
Follow up with prospective investors.
Maintain an organized investor pipeline and outreach records.
Present approved company and fundraising materials.
Coordinate with the founder throughout the fundraising process.
Work in accordance with the requirements of your supervising broker-dealer and applicable securities regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active FINRA registration appropriate for private securities fundraising.
Current association with a FINRA-member broker-dealer or appropriately registered firm.
Broker-dealer must be able to approve and supervise participation in this offering.
Experience with investor outreach, private placements, capital raising, investor relations, or securities fundraising.
Strong investor prospecting and communication skills.
Existing relationships with angel investors, family offices, VCs, or accredited investors are strongly preferred.
Ability to independently generate qualified investor opportunities.
Compensation

This opportunity is intended to use a success-based compensation structure, subject to a final written agreement, approval by the applicable broker-dealer, and all securities laws and regulatory requirements.

The targeted success fee is 15% of capital successfully raised through investors attributable to the representative's efforts.

For example, if the full $250,000 raise were successfully completed through qualifying investors attributable to the representative's efforts, the potential success fee would be $37,500, subject to the final approved agreement.
