King W Entertainment LLC Website Project
I need a professional, modern website for King W Entertainment LLC, an LGBTQ+-owned talent management and entertainment company based in Los Angeles.
The website should have a high-end entertainment-industry feel with primarily black and gold branding, strong visuals, professional artist photos, and a clean mobile-friendly design. My official logo must be used exactly as provided.
Ultimate Website Page Breakdown
1. Home Page
Main introduction to King W Entertainment LLC with strong branding, company overview, featured talent, calls to action, and links to the most important areas of the website.
2. About Us
Company story, mission, values, LGBTQ+ ownership, and information about King W Entertainment and its management.
3. Talent / Artist Roster
A professional page displaying all represented artists with headshots, names, talent categories, and links to their individual profiles.
4. Individual Artist Profile Pages
Each artist will have their own profile page containing their biography, headshots, resume, credits, reels, videos, social media, website links, and booking inquiry option.
These artist pages should be generated through a CMS/database so adding another artist does not require building an entirely new website page manually.
5. Services
Information about talent management, artist development, career support, submissions, advocacy, creative development, and entertainment consulting.
6. Success Stories / Artist News
A page highlighting bookings, productions, music releases, new artists, performances, company announcements, and other accomplishments.
7. Talent Submissions / Join Our Roster
A page where prospective talent can apply for representation and provide their information, headshot, resume, reel, social media, website, and experience.
8. Industry / Booking Inquiries
A dedicated page for casting directors, producers, studios, brands, event companies, and other industry professionals interested in booking or contacting our talent.
9. Contact Us
General company contact information, social media, and contact forms for business, partnership, media, and general inquiries.
10. Artist Login
A secure login page or button connected to my existing artist web app/platform.
Artists will eventually be able to access private information such as auditions, bookings, contracts, documents, messages, schedules, and other internal resources.
11. LGBTQ+ Friendly Business Directory
A directory celebrating local businesses that are LGBTQ+ friendly.
Visitors should eventually be able to search or filter businesses by category and location.
12. Individual Business Profile Pages
Each participating business should have its own profile containing:
* Business name
* Logo/photos
* Description
* Address
* Directions
* Phone
* Email
* Website
* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
These pages should also be CMS/database driven so new businesses can easily be added without manually designing a new page every time.
Total Main Website Sections: 12
The website will ultimately have 12 main page types/sections, with additional individual artist and business profiles created dynamically through the website database.
For example, if King W Entertainment represents 20 artists, I do not consider that 20 separately designed pages. I want one Artist Profile design/template connected to the CMS, which automatically creates the individual profiles.
The same concept should be used for the LGBTQ+ business directory.
Development Phases
Phase 1: Pages 1–6 and 9
Home, About, Talent, Artist Profiles, Services, Success Stories, and Contact.
Phase 2: Pages 7–8
Talent Submissions and Industry/Booking Inquiries.
Phase 3: Page 10
Artist Login and integration with my existing artist app.
Phase 4: Pages 11–12
LGBTQ+ Friendly Business Directory and individual business profiles.
The most important requirement is that the website is built correctly from the beginning so these future sections can be added without completely rebuilding the site.
I already have Wix, my domain, official branding/logo, artist photographs and information, company content, and an existing artist app. I mainly need someone to professionally design, organize, and build the website.
