SIPJOLT needs an experienced developer to finish four existing applications and take the agreed software scope through verified production release. This is completion of existing work, not a new build.
TOTAL FIXED-PRICE BUDGET: USD 500 for the complete agreed scope, paid in five USD 100 milestones. This is not an assessment-only budget. Review the handoff and acceptance checklist before accepting a contract. State exclusions and dependencies upfront; no additional paid work without written approval.
Codebases:
Customer app: https://github.com/hankisgod/sipjolt-app
Service app: https://github.com/hankisgod/sipjolt-service-app
Backend: https://github.com/hankisgod/sipjolt-backend
Admin: https://github.com/hankisgod/sipjolt-admin
The Service app is already in use by real users. Preserve existing accounts, logins, visits, photos/media and service operations. Rehearse migrations and recovery on an isolated copy, use clearly labeled test data, and obtain owner approval before production changes; do not interrupt current users or run intrusive tests on their data.
Substantial implementation and functional repairs are already complete. Recorded handoff candidates have passing automated tests, existing CI, open PRs, release procedures and detailed evidence. Actual production, phone and provider acceptance remains to be completed. The full handoff will be provided to shortlisted applicants. Reuse verified work; do not propose a rewrite without a demonstrated reason.
Required milestones:
1. Verify exact candidates and remaining work; resolve source/configuration discrepancies and keep GitHub current with reviewed changes and passing CI.
2. Complete candidate-specific security review and hardening; investigate held findings, fix applicable critical/high and other launch-blocking defects, and retest. Do not simply submit a scanner report.
3. Verify and fix connected customer, Service and Admin journeys: login/permissions, English/Spanish, orders, payments, refunds/balance, rewards, media, notifications and recovery. Test repeated requests, lost responses and restarts; confirm durable outcomes and no duplicate financial effects.
4. Complete agreed capacity/restart checks, backup and isolated restore verification, media preservation, monitoring/actionable alerts, and deployment/migration/recovery runbooks.
5. After owner approval, merge and release qualified versions, verify deployed identity and workflows, complete authorized live-payment setup/verification, and prepare/submit the customer app for agreed distribution. External approval timing is outside your control; fixes for delivered-code submission issues remain included.
A separate specialist handles MDB kiosk, Android/Bridge, Nayax and physical brewing. Hardware work is excluded here. Provide documented/tested software interfaces and a clear handoff; direct coordination with that contractor is not required.
Acceptance: required launch checks must pass on the delivered versions with evidence. FAIL/BLOCKED rows do not automatically count as completion. Owner supplies account invitations, sign-ins, decisions and actual-phone testing support. No production change, live financial action or release without explicit approval. Preserve existing functionality and agreed exclusions.
Include a 60-day warranty for defects in your delivered work against agreed requirements, including defects found when the station specialist integrates documented interfaces. Propose response targets. Ongoing maintenance/new features are separately paid. We have 11 repositories and potential future work for a successful long-term developer.
In your proposal, answer:
- Which relevant Node/Postgres, React Native/Expo, Stripe and production-release projects did you personally deliver?
- Can you commit to USD 500 total after reviewing the packet? List exclusions, owner dependencies and a realistic finish schedule (target about 20 working days).
- How will you prove safe payment retries/webhooks and recovery, and what warranty response times can you offer?
Do not claim a percentage complete or guarantee zero bugs. We need evidence-backed completion of the agreed launch checklist.
