I’m compiling an online local guide devoted entirely to our city’s fine-dining scene, and I need a series of concise, engaging reviews that help readers decide where to book their next table. Each piece must balance an insider’s perspective with practical details, spotlighting the restaurant rather than the writer.

Scope
• Target venues: upscale, reservation-worthy restaurants only—no casual cafés or street stalls.
• Length: 250–350 words per review.
• Quantity: start with 10 reviews; more work follows if the voice and structure fit.

For every restaurant, please cover the two core lenses that matter most to my audience:
• Food quality and presentation
• Value for money

Pair crisp, sensory descriptions (plating, technique, standout dishes) with an honest take on whether the final bill feels justified. Photos aren’t mandatory, but a quick phone snapshot of the signature dish would strengthen the article.

Acceptance criteria
– Original, first-hand content (no paraphrased social posts).
– Tone: informative with a hint of storytelling; no marketing fluff.
– Clear verdict at the end (worth it / only for occasions / skip).
– Delivered in a shared Google Doc, one restaurant per page, within seven days of contract start.
