I want a researcher who can track down indie simulation games that are currently self-published or still in development and have no external publishing deal. My focus is firmly on life, vehicle, and business simulation titles that run on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Your task is to scout the usual haunts—Steam Early Access, itch.io, IndieDB, Game Jolt, Reddit, Discord servers, small dev forums—and surface promising projects that fit these criteria. I need more than a list of names; each lead should come with concise details about the game, its current build status, the development team, publicly available media (trailer, screenshots, demo links), and direct contact information for the decision-maker.

Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) with one row per game
• Columns: Game title, simulation sub-genre, supported OS, current stage (prototype / alpha / beta / released), developer studio, key contact, link to store/demo page, brief note on why it’s a good fit
• Minimum of 25 qualified titles for the first milestone, with scope to continue if we both see traction

Acceptance criteria
• All titles must be indie, PC-based, and currently without a publishing partner
• At least five games in each sub-genre: life, vehicle, and business simulation
• Contact details must lead to someone who can discuss a publishing agreement (studio founder, producer, or business lead)
• Information must be current—verified within the last four weeks

If you already have experience working with indie devs or have an eye for hidden gems on platforms like itch.io and Early Access, you’ll hit the ground running. I’m ready to review your first batch as soon as it’s compiled, and I’m open to an ongoing arrangement if the quality is high.
