I need a resourceful freelancer who can dig beyond the popular portals and track down those 400–500 zł/month studios that older landlords in Kraków and Warsaw still advertise only through local noticeboards, newspaper classifieds, church bulletins, or word of mouth.
My search area is open—any neighbourhood is fine—and I’m interested in both cities.

Your task
• Scout every offline and lightly-indexed online channel to uncover active offers that fit the price range.
• Call or visit the owners, confirm availability and basic terms, and gather a thorough written profile of each place: address (or at least the street), monthly rent and what it includes, deposit, size, furnishings, utility costs, and any special conditions the owner mentions.

Deliverable
A concise report (spreadsheet or document) listing each verified studio with the detailed description you collected plus the date you spoke with the owner and next steps they expect. If an owner prefers to keep their phone number private, note the preferred method and time for me to follow up through you.

Native-level Polish and patience with elderly landlords are essential; local presence in either city is a bonus.
