I’m looking for a detail-minded accountant who can take my stack of invoices and expense records, bring them into order, and then drill into the numbers to show where the money is really going.
Your first task will be to structure every document into a clean, auditable set of books—preferably in Excel, Google Sheets, or QuickBooks, whichever you feel will let us track spending most transparently. Once that foundation is in place, I want an insightful breakdown of expenses, costs, and profits so I can see trends and spot savings opportunities at a glance.
Deliverables
• A fully organized digital ledger of all current invoices and expense records
• A summary dashboard or report highlighting total costs, profit margins, and any notable variances
• Clear, actionable commentary pointing out areas of overspend or potential efficiencies
