I have a set of raw financial figures that I need turned into clear, reliable spreadsheets. The end result should let me track a working budget, monitor expenses in real time, and analyse income trends without having to touch the underlying formulas each month.
To make that happen, each sheet must already include:
• Built-in SUM and AVERAGE calculations so totals refresh automatically
• VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP references that pull numbers from supporting tables when I add new rows
• At least one Pivot Table that summarises the data by category and by month, ready for quick filtering
I will supply the source data and a short outline of the preferred column headings; you organise it into separate tabs for Budget Tracking, Expense Reporting, and Income Analysis. Everything has to be formatted for easy reading, with conditional-format highlights for anything that goes over budget. Final delivery should be an unlocked .xlsx file plus a short note (or comments inside the workbook) explaining where to paste new data and how each key formula works.
I will sign off once:
1. All formulas return correct values after I drop in a fresh sample dataset.
2. The Pivot Table updates with a single refresh and keeps the layout intact.
3. No broken links or #N/A errors appear when I extend the data range.
If you have questions about the structure or want to suggest a smarter approach, feel free to tell me before you start building.
