I need an organised, detail-minded freelancer to enter a continuous stream of financial data into my existing MS Word and Excel templates. Everything must be typed or copied in exactly as shown, checked for accuracy, and saved under the correct file name so I can retrieve any line item instantly.

The files you will touch are strictly financial, yet you may occasionally see customer details that originate from my email-list subscriptions, so absolute confidentiality is essential. Beyond speed and accuracy, the single most critical task is maintaining every record and supporting document in tidy, well-labelled folders.

You will:
• Update my Word and Excel sheets with the supplied figures
• Correct any inconsistencies before submitting the final files
• Archive all source documents in a timestamped folder and note any anomalies you fixed

Deadlines are firm, but the workload is steady and predictable. If you have a strong typing speed, a sharp eye for errors, and the discipline to keep data orderly, let’s get started.
