I need ongoing help running the content side of my Facebook page. The core of the job is planning and delivering engaging video posts: researching topics that will resonate with our audience, writing tight scripts or captions, preparing clear creative briefs, and making sure each piece is uploaded, scheduled, and monitored once live.

Strong online research and content-writing skills are crucial—you’ll be digging for fresh angles, verifying facts, and turning what you find into concise, scroll-stopping ideas. While Facebook is our only platform for now, I’d like every video to feel native to the feed: short hooks, compelling storytelling, eye-catching thumbnails, and captions optimised for watch-through.

You’ll have direct access to our existing media library and analytics, so a basic grasp of Creator Studio (or Meta Business Suite) will be helpful. If you have light editing experience in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva, even better; otherwise, plan on writing clear shot lists and asset requests so our editor can work efficiently.

Deliverables for each weekly cycle:
• A content calendar outlining at least five video ideas with keywords and reference links.
• Final copy for titles, descriptions, and on-screen text.
• Either the finished video file (if you do the edit) or a complete brief ready for the editor.
• A short performance report on the previous week’s posts, including actionable tweaks.

Once we’ve completed the first month smoothly, I’m open to expanding the workload or exploring other formats such as Stories or Reels.
