I’m looking for a recruiter who can take full ownership of talent acquisition for Finance and Banking roles. The core of the work centres on job-board sourcing—Glassdoor is our primary channel—so you’ll need to be comfortable crafting Boolean strings, posting ads, and proactively reaching out to qualified professionals there.

What I need you to handle
• Targeted sourcing: build and execute precise searches on Glassdoor; supplement with other job boards or LinkedIn only when it speeds up results.
• Candidate screening: review résumés, run concise phone or video prescreens, and keep short-listed profiles neatly organised.
• Interview coordination: line up candidates with our hiring managers, confirm times, and send reminders so nothing slips.
• Pipeline reporting: maintain an up-to-date tracker and send me a clear weekly snapshot of where every candidate stands.
• Candidate communication: from first touch through offer and onboarding, keep messaging timely, professional, and on-brand.
