What I need from you is hands-on, practical training rather than theory. Think interactive workshops, live walk-throughs of real files, role-play calls with clients, and side-by-side spreadsheet or dashboard building. By the end, everyone on the team should feel confident handling client conversations, translating numbers into insight, and keeping the books in shape for decision-making.

Key deliverables
• A tailored training plan that covers the three focus areas in logical progression
• Session materials (slides, workbooks, sample datasets, forecasting models, accounting templates) we can keep using after the engagement
• At least two live or recorded practice sessions per topic with feedback loops
• A concise reference guide that ties communication tips to financial analysis outcomes, so staff see the whole picture

Acceptance criteria
• Team members can demonstrate a complete client discovery call and follow-up email using your framework
• Forecast accuracy improves in our next monthly cycle based on the model you introduce
• Trial balance and management report reconcile without last-minute adjustments after the accounting module

We collaborate mainly on Zoom or Google Meet, and we’re already comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks, so feel free to build on those tools. Timing is flexible, but I would like an outline within the first week to keep momentum.
