As Finance Business Partner for Property and Select, you will build and sustain strong strategic partnerships with the leadership teams of two product lines while providing financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will help strengthen financial management practices and operating discipline, translate financial insights into clear business actions, and support sustainable growth across the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own financial forecasts, business outlooks, annual budgets, and recurring planning activities for two Specialty product lines.
Establish practical budgeting processes and a consistent financial management cadence aligned with the business’s operating rhythm.
Provide financial analysis, performance insights, and decision support that help leaders understand results, risks, and opportunities.
Deliver compensation and incentive analysis, including support related to unvalidated producers.
Drive disciplined cost management, workforce planning, and hiring decisions in partnership with business leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
7 - 10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance required.
Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CPA, CFA, FPAC, MBA or related finance certification preferred.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) that integrate accounting and FP&A processes
Executive communication and presentation development
Ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Performance management and KPI design
Workforce planning and expense management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience in developing and leading a team preferred
Experience in insurance or financial services industry
Acquisition integration support where applicable
Experience with BI / reporting tools
