Finance and Accounting Workflow Design

We are looking to onboard experienced finance and accounting professionals who can use
their practical domain expertise to design realistic, real-world workflows and scenarios.
This is a flexible, task-based engagement designed to be completed alongside your
regular professional commitments.

Who Are We Looking For?
For the current phase of Project, we are primarily looking for professionals with
expertise in either of the following areas:

1. Multi-Client CA Services for SMBs
Professionals with experience managing finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, or
advisory activities for multiple small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Relevant experience may include:
● Accounting and bookkeeping review
● GST and taxation
● TDS and statutory compliance
● Financial statement preparation and review
● Bank and ledger reconciliation
● Audit and assurance activities
● Client document review and validation
● Regulatory filings and compliance
● Managing financial information across multiple clients
● Advising clients on accounting or tax-related issues
Familiarity with the following tools is a plus (not a hard requirement): QuickBooks,
TaxJar, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS
Outlook

2. Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing
Professionals with practical experience working on corporate taxation, transfer pricing, or
related compliance and advisory activities.

Relevant experience may include:
● Corporate income tax
● Transfer pricing analysis and documentation ● Related-party/intercompany transactions
● Tax computation and reconciliation
● Tax compliance and regulatory filings
● Financial and tax data validation
● Transfer pricing documentation and reporting
● Supporting tax audits or assessments
● Reviewing agreements, financial records, and supporting documentation
● Identifying tax or compliance risks requiring professional judgment
Familiarity with the following tools is a plus (not a hard requirement): MS Excel, MS
Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Pro,
SharePoint, Bloomberg
Applicants may have experience in one or both of these areas.

What Will You Work On?
You will be provided with a simulated enterprise environment containing realistic
financial/accounting data and multiple business applications. The environment may include
tools, documents, communications, spreadsheets, financial records, and other information
typically encountered while performing professional finance and accounting activities.
Your role is to think from the perspective of an experienced finance professional and identify
realistic scenarios where professional judgment, investigation, and domain expertise are
required.
