Finalize & Stamp Dallas Drainage Study

My drainage study for a site in Dallas is essentially finished, but I still need a Texas-licensed PE to push it across the finish line. The calculations, figures, and narrative are already drafted; however, a portion of the supporting documentation still needs tightening up before it meets the City of Dallas Stormwater Manual requirements.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• Perform a thorough professional review, flagging and correcting any gaps in the hydrology/hydraulics calculations, CAD exhibits, and report narrative.
• Apply your Texas PE seal and signature once the study is fully compliant.
• Assemble the complete, city-ready submittal package—checklists, forms, digital files, and a stamped PDF—so it can be uploaded to the City of Dallas permitting portal without further edits on my end.
I will provide the current report, drainage area maps (AutoCAD Civil 3D and PDF), supporting spreadsheets, and the City’s latest review checklist. You will need to supply any additional minor documentation still missing, integrate everything into one cohesive file set, and return a stamped package that satisfies city review standards.
Tools you are comfortable with—Civil 3D, Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, or comparable—should be noted in your response, along with your Texas PE license number. Once I receive the stamped deliverables, I’ll handle the formal upload, but I’d appreciate brief guidance on any follow-up the city might request.
If you can turn this around quickly and ensure a smooth approval, let’s get started.
