Finalize Porch Enclosure Permit & Site Inspection

Seeking a Florida-licensed General Contractor for coordination and permitting of our as-solid 84SF porch enclosure maintenance/repair at a condominium unit in Martin County Florida.

This is an ON-SITE job so remote bidders cannot be considered.

Scope of work:
Review and inspection of the as-built/repaired porch enclosure.
- Site visit and written estimate.
- Obtain and close out any required permitting.
- Inspect and verify work is in compliance with the Florida Building Code (FBC 2023) or make it compliant.
- Detailed scope and site information will be shared with shortlisted bidders only.

Required (bids without these will not be considered):
1. Active Florida DBPR license number appropriate for this work (e.g., Certified Structural Aluminum or Screen Enclosures Specialty Contractor (SCC), or CGC/CBC/CRC). Will be verified via myfloridalicense.com.
2. Current insurance.
3. Experience pulling City & County permits, with at least one example.
4. Ability to visit and inspect the site within 7 days.

Payment:
Milestone payments. Final payment will be released after the permit is closed out and final inspection is passed.
