Harbor already does the basics—catalog, cart, mock payments, and a light merchant admin—but it is still a prototype. I’m looking for someone to take the existing React + TypeScript + Vite frontend and the Express + Prisma backend over the finish line so I can launch a real store.
Stripe integration
Replace the temporary card stub with Stripe Checkout, wired through webhooks so orders are recorded the moment Stripe confirms payment. The current payment abstraction stays, you only adapt what’s needed.
Robust product management
Inside the merchant admin I need full CRUD for products, inventory and images, plus publish / unpublish toggles. I also have a handful of extra data points to store with each product, so keep the UI and schema open to additional fields.
Database & migrations
Move from SQLite to Postgres, add proper Prisma migrations, and document every required environment variable for staging and prod.
Order lifecycle
Extend the order model with fulfillment states, tracking numbers, and trigger confirmation / shipping emails.
Production hardening
Session handling, input validation, rate limiting, centralized error handling, and secure config loading all need a second look.
Deployment
Ship a repeatable path—Docker image and a template for Railway, Render, or Fly—with a short runbook that explains build, migrate, and roll-back steps.
