Finalise an existing design for a bird hide to IFC level

Hi

The Shire of Jerramungup is seeking quotes for drafting services to finalise the design of the Bremer Bay Bird Hide to IFC level. A current design has been prepared to certification level (refer attached).

There are some changes to be made the current design, though the general configuration will remain the same.
Extension of the shell grit path to grid line C
Removal of screening to rear of structure
Review of structural items (posts, bearers, joists)
Clarification of balustrading

A dwg file will be available to undertake the work. A meeting will be held following engagement to discuss the design intentions, finalise revisions, and clarify level of detail.
