Meta App Review — Final Push to Approval (Tech Provider, Messenger + WhatsApp)
I'm looking for someone experienced with Meta's App Review process to help finish and successfully submit my app's review for Advanced Access — Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API, direct with Meta — not through a BSP).
Important context — this is not a "start from scratch" job. Most of the hard work is already done:
- Business Verification: approved
- Messenger and WhatsApp integrations: fully built and working in real, live testing — real Pages and WhatsApp numbers connected, real messages sending and receiving, real AI-generated replies
- Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Deletion Instructions pages: live and published
- Final permission list already determined (pages_show_list, pages_manage_metadata, pages_messaging, business_management, pages_read_engagement, whatsapp_business_management, whatsapp_business_messaging, public_profile), with written use-case justifications already drafted for each, correctly distinguishing standalone features from dependency permissions
- A demonstration video already recorded showing the real, working tenant connection and messaging flow
- Test credentials and reviewer instructions already drafted
What I actually need help with:
- A final, critical review of everything listed above — catching anything a fresh, experienced set of eyes would flag before submission, not redoing it from zero
- Confirming the demonstration video and written justifications together give clear, sufficient coverage for every requested permission (including the background dependency permissions, which don't have a separate visible on-screen action of their own)
- Submitting the review, and handling prompt, accurate responses to any follow-up questions from Meta's review team
- If a rejection does come back, quickly diagnosing the real, specific reason and helping correct it — not guessing or applying generic advice
A note on how I want to work: I've been through a long, careful process getting this app to its current state, including real, hands-on debugging of Messenger/WhatsApp connection issues, permission dependencies, and Graph API behavior. I'm looking for someone who will verify claims against Meta's actual current documentation and the app's real behavior — not give generic or outdated advice. If you're confident working directly with the Graph API, Webhooks, App Review permission dependencies, and Business Verification/Tech Provider requirements, and comfortable reviewing existing work rather than starting fresh, I'd like to hear from you.
Fast turnaround on any follow-up questions from Meta until the approval notice lands in my inbox.
