Film Editor Needed for Cinematic Social Media Project
I am seeking a skilled film editor with strong creative judgment, technical proficiency, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. The final video will be approximately three minutes long. Experience editing content for Instagram is essential, including an understanding of the platform’s visual style, audience engagement, and video formatting requirements. The project funds have already been deposited into my Freelancer account.
Project Requirements
Create a cinematic television transition featuring an animated document.
Use realistic visual effects, motion graphics, animation, glitch effects, or camera movement where appropriate.
Deliver a polished, visually engaging result that avoids a campy aesthetic.
Application Process
Test Edit: Complete a short editing test outside the interview.
NDA: Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving confidential reference videos.
Video Interview: Share your screen to demonstrate your editing skills in real time. Discuss your approach, respond to feedback, and explain your editing decisions.
