We are currently in development for a new film project and are seeking remote bookkeeping consulting services for our three lead actors via Google Meet or Zoom.
We would like to schedule training sessions from October 12–15, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST. The objective is to train the actors on bookkeeping fundamentals, including account setup, invoicing, and managing incoming payments using software such as QuickBooks or FreshBooks.
Ideally, the curriculum should cover:
- Basic bookkeeping principles and best practices
- Hands-on financial software training
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Effective record-keeping techniques
- General regulatory compliance
We have allocated a budget of $4,700 per actor ($14,100 total), which will be paid in advance.
