I need a knowledgeable local professional who can walk my already-drafted paperwork through the Lawrence County, Pennsylvania courthouse and get it properly entered on the docket. The task involves two filings: a motion to strike the judgment in a mortgage-foreclosure case and an emergency injunction for immediate relief. Both must be lodged on the same day so timing and accuracy are crucial.
I will supply the signed motions together with all referenced exhibits and certificates of service. Your role is to:
• Review the packet quickly for format issues the clerk might reject (page limits, caption, proposed order, etc.).
• Print, assemble and physically file each motion with the Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts.
• Obtain conformed copies stamped “Filed” for my records.
• Arrange service on all parties per local rules (in-person or certified mail) and give me proof.
• Email me a scan of the time-stamped copies the same day and place the originals in overnight mail to my address.
Familiarity with Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure and Lawrence County’s local filing quirks will make this smooth. Turnaround: 48 hours from acceptance.
