I’m preparing a narrative project and need a believable—but clearly fictional—academic transcript that covers three consecutive semesters of coursework for a Doctor of Public Health program. The university itself will be entirely invented yet should sound plausible, complete with seals, registrar signature lines, and the small administrative details you typically see on an official record.

Key style notes
• Traditional, formal academic layout that echoes real-world graduate transcripts.
• All branding, course numbers, and departmental language must be original; nothing from Liberty University or any other real school.

What I expect to receive
1. An editable file (Word or InDesign) plus a print-ready PDF.
2. Three semesters populated with realistic course titles, credit hours, grades, term GPAs, and a cumulative GPA.
3. A footer or discreet line stating “Unofficial prop – not valid for official use” so its fictional nature is unmistakable.

Acceptance criteria
• Formatting mirrors conventional U.S. graduate transcripts (margins, tables, type hierarchy, registrar block, watermark).
• No trademarked or copyrighted emblems from real institutions.
• Text, logos, and signatures export cleanly to high-resolution PDF without artifacts.

If you have experience designing academic documents or props for film, I’d love to see a sample page to be sure we’re on the same wavelength before you flesh out the full three-semester record.
