Feminine Memorial Tattoo Design

I need a tattoo artist to refine my existing design. This is a deeply meaningful memorial tattoo for my sister and me, honoring our late father who loved koi fish.

Requirements:
- Maintain 2 koi fish, symbolizing the fluidity of life and connection
- Possibly include dates of birth and passing, depending on the design
- Enhance femininity, fluidity, and symbolic meaning to reflect the depth of this tribute

Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in traditional, blackwork, and watercolor styles
- Expertise in creating meaningful, feminine designs
- Ability to reinterpret and improve existing concepts with sensitivity to its memorial significance

Preference:
- Preference for female artists unless someone truly stands out with exceptional work.

Please share portfolios and relevant experience.
