FEMA/ODI Regularisation for USA LLC

I am writing to seek your professional assistance regarding the FEMA/ODI regularisation and obtaining a UIN for my U.S.A Single Member LLC Company.

For your understanding, I would like to briefly explain the complete background:

1- I am an Individual Indian resident, and My LLC was incorporated in the USA on 3 February 2025 through a consultant. The entire incorporation process was completed online, and the applicable company formation charges were paid to the consultant through PayPal Payment.

2- I am the sole 100% owner of the LLC. The Operating Agreement and company formation documents are available.
