ROLE OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will be an important part of our YouTube content-production team and will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and professionally produced video content.
The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple aspects of production, including research, script writing, video recording, on-camera presentation, editing, and content development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Video Shooting and Recording
- Plan and conduct video shoots for YouTube content.
- Appear confidently and professionally in front of the camera.
- Handle basic camera, lighting, microphone, and recording equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio quality, and overall presentation.
- Manage the complete shooting process.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve video quality and presentation.
2. Video Editing
- Professionally edit YouTube videos and short-form content.
- Create engaging YouTube Shorts, Reels, and long-form videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, images, music, sound effects, and other visual elements as required.
- Maintain appropriate pacing and storytelling to maximize viewer engagement.
- Create or assist with thumbnails and other basic graphic requirements.
- Deliver polished, high-quality, publication-ready videos.
3. Content Writing and Script Development
- Research topics and gather relevant and reliable information.
- Write engaging and well-structured scripts for YouTube videos.
- Convert research material into clear, informative, and audience-friendly content.
- Develop strong introductions, hooks, storytelling elements, and video structures.
- Write video titles, descriptions, captions, and supporting content.

- Participate in content brainstorming and planning.
- Suggest new and innovative video concepts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in YouTube video production or digital content creation.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Practical experience with video shooting and recording.
- Good content writing and script-writing abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, audio, and basic video production.
