I’m building a women-focused sports YouTube channel and I’m looking for upbeat, camera-confident women who can both meet guests in person and jump on a video call when distance makes more sense. Each segment will run about 10–15 minutes and should feel fun, conversational, and genuinely useful to viewers.

The angle is wider than just athletes. One week you might chat with a former WNBA guard about life after retirement, the next you could be quizzing a sports-nutrition scientist or the marketing lead of a major athletic brand. Wherever the story sits in the sports ecosystem, I’m after two core threads: solid career advice and real industry insight. If you happen to weave in a personal anecdote or two, all the better—but the focus stays on helping viewers understand how careers in sport really work.

What I need from you
• Research and scout interesting guests across the sports industry
• Prepare sharp, engaging questions that keep the conversation moving
• Host and record the interview—either on location or via Zoom/Meet—using clear audio and well-lit video
• Deliver a finished file (or a lightly edited cut if you enjoy post-production) that’s ready for upload to YouTube

A background in journalism, broadcasting, or competitive sport will help, but energy, curiosity, and a professional on-screen presence matter most. If that sounds like you, let’s create a line-up of smart, inspiring interviews that celebrate the many paths women can take in sport.
