Female or male On-Site Video Assistant

During an upcoming factory shoot in Ludhiana I need every card, SSD and audio recorder copied for 12 day shoot out (transportation offered if you are in delhi, chandigarh or punjab or nearby, hotel stay during) with a clear folder structure that mirrors the shot list.

You will:
• Copy data from cameras, drones and recorders to two separate drives, verify with ensure nothing is deleted
• Cut and edit straightforward sequences—no colour or heavy effects—just basic ins-and-outs, labelled and ready for review.
• Sit beside the DP and producer, flagging any missed angles and noting retakes so the team keeps moving efficiently.

The footage is entirely factory-floor content: machines, operator interviews and process walkthroughs. A beginner with familiarity in Premiere Pro is perfect; the priority is speed, organisation and the ability to stay calm amid the hustle.

Deliverables at wrap:
1. Just on site coordination
2. A project file with all clips organised and rough-cut in chronological order.
3. A short handover note detailing anything irregular (dropped frames, corrupted files, etc.).
