Female MS Document Formatter Needed

I’m looking for a detail-oriented female freelancer to give my Microsoft documents a clean, consistent, and professional look. The files are already written; what I need is someone who can open them in Microsoft Word, apply clear structure, and return polished, print-ready versions.

Scope of work
• Re-work page layout so every section flows logically
• Tidy headers, footers, page numbers, and spacing for a unified feel
• Apply coherent styles, fonts, and colour accents that feel modern and easy to read
• Flag any formatting anomalies you spot and correct them

Deliverable
A set of fully formatted .docx files, saved back to me with the original filenames plus “_formatted” appended.

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent margins, alignment, and style hierarchy throughout
• No orphaned headings or uneven spacing
• Headers and footers match from cover to final page
• File opens without style warnings in the latest desktop version of Word
