Female Manual Data Entry Needed

I have a collection of digital documents that contain both text and numbers, and I need every line transferred accurately into a structured spreadsheet. Because the files are already in electronic form, there is no scanning or OCR involved—just careful, manual input. Accuracy matters more than speed; transposed figures or misplaced words will cause issues down the line, so I will be double-checking your work against the originals.

You will receive:
• A shared folder with the source PDFs and DOCX files
• A pre-formatted Excel/Google Sheet that shows exactly where each field belongs (dates, names, amounts, notes, etc.)

Your task is to copy the mixed data into its matching columns, apply the basic formatting that the template already uses, and flag anything that looks incomplete or unclear.

I prefer to collaborate with a female freelancer for this project. Good communication and a quick response time are essential; let me know as soon as a file is finished so I can review it and release the next batch.

Deliverable: one clean, fully populated spreadsheet that mirrors the supplied template, ready for immediate use.
