I need several articulate female English speakers to handle customer support for my company. You will be the first point of contact for our users, so a confident phone presence, clear diction, and friendly tone are essential. While the core of the job is customer support, if you happen to bring any software-development experience, that insight will be a welcome bonus when liaising with our engineering team—though it is absolutely optional.
Day-to-day you will:
• Respond to inbound customer queries, resolve issues, and record each interaction in our CRM.
• Escalate technical problems when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain concise, accurate notes so the wider team can track ongoing cases.
Fluency in English must be near-native and easily understood over the phone. I value professionalism, patience, and the ability to learn our product quickly.
