HIRING – FEMALE PODCAST CO-HOST / ANCHOR

We are looking for a Pakistani Female Fresher to work as a co-host/anchor for our YouTube video podcast.

Target Audience: Indian viewers
Topic: Pakistan Media & India-related topics
Format: Remote
Episode Duration: 15–20 minutes
Language: Urdu / Hindi
Payment: PKR 1,000–1,500 per episode

Who We Are Looking For

Freshers are welcome! Previous professional anchoring experience is not required.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is confident and comfortable on camera
• Speaks clear, natural Pakistani Urdu
• Can communicate easily with Indian viewers
• Has good general knowledge/current affairs awareness
• Can ask questions and have a natural conversation
• Has an expressive and engaging personality
• Is reliable and interested in long-term YouTube work

Your Role

You will appear alongside the main host as a female co-anchor.

The topic and basic research/script will be provided. Your job will be to:

* Present the topic
* Ask questions
* Give reactions/opinions
* Keep the conversation natural and engaging
* Record a 15–20 minute episode

Payment Structure

Fresher: PKR 1,000 per episode initially
After successful trial/performance: PKR 1,500 per episode

We are looking for a person who wants to grow with the channel, so payment can increase as the channel grows.
