Feedback Data Entry Into Excel

I have a batch of written feedback that needs to be organised in a clean, searchable Excel workbook. I will supply the raw files along with a column template that covers date, responder ID, category, rating (when present) and free-text comments. Your task is to:

• Extract each feedback item from the source documents—these may include PDFs, scans or exported text files.
• Enter the information into the matching columns without altering the meaning of the original words.
• Standardise dates and category labels to the format I provide.
• Spot-check your own work so the final sheet is free of typos and alignment errors.

Once finished, return the completed .xlsx file plus any notes on unclear entries so I can verify them quickly. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, but I would like the first pass ready within a few days of acceptance so we can tackle any follow-up questions while the material is still fresh.
