I’ve wrapped principal photography on a feature-length narrative and now need an experienced editor to turn hours of raw footage into a tight, engaging story. All scenes have been logged and time-coded; what I’m missing is the creative eye and technical skill to weave them into a seamless first cut.

Scope
• Assemble the footage scene-by-scene, selecting the strongest takes and maintaining continuity.
• Shape the overall structure so the pacing feels natural and the emotional beats land.
• Deliver a polished assembly cut (timeline + export) along with the editable project file.

Assets Provided
– Footage in 4K ProRes, synced audio, and script supervisor notes.
– Shot list and director’s editing outline to guide intention and tone.

Preferred Tools
Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever platform you’re fastest with, as long as I receive an XML/AAF for future finishing.

Acceptance Criteria
The resulting cut must follow the scripted order, run roughly 100 minutes, and hold viewer interest without noticeable gaps or jumps.

If you have proven feature-length credits and a flair for narrative storytelling, I’d love to see your reel and discuss timelines.
