This role will be supporting the back-end maintenance and build of HR support applications with a primary focus on supporting our FBS processes and automation needs. A Power Platform Developer designs, builds, and maintains low-code/no-code business solutions using the Microsoft Power Apps suite to automate workflows and optimize enterprise operations
Responsibilities
Build custom Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and portals tailored to specific business requirements.
Design and deploy automated cloud and desktop workflows using Power Automate to remove manual tasks.
Connect and structure data across Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external REST APIs.
Create interactive business intelligence dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, security compliance rules, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
Work along side cross functional teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with Power Platform tools
Experience working with Power Automate and Power Apps
Experience working with Dataverse
Experience with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls, and API integrations.
Great communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with Gems
Knowledge on Copilot Studio
