I’m looking for a native-English marketing mind who can help me turn a young fashion label into a recognisable, conversation-starting brand. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping strategy, producing long-form content, and guiding our presence across whichever social channels make the most sense for us as we grow.
What the work looks like
• Strategy – Map out practical, channel-specific campaigns that fit our tone and budget, then refine them through data and customer feedback.
• Content – Write engaging blog posts and feature articles that showcase new collections, styling tips, behind-the-scenes stories and founder voices; optimise each piece for SEO and repurpose snippets for social captions.
• Social management – Once we agree on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or others), schedule posts, spark conversations with followers, and monitor analytics to keep improving reach.
• Growth – Suggest collaborations, influencer outreach or community initiatives that speak to our broad “all ages” audience and reinforce the brandʼs inclusive message.
Acceptance criteria
1. A three-month editorial calendar with post titles, keywords, and draft publication dates.
2. First month’s set of finished blog articles (minimum four), proofread and ready to publish.
3. Weekly social reports summarising engagement figures and next-step recommendations.
If you love fashion storytelling and want to see your ideas directly influence a startup’s trajectory, I’d like to hear your approach and a link to one or two fashion-related writing samples.
