I am taking my fashion label from concept to real-world execution and need an experienced mind to anchor two critical fronts: solid financial planning and sharper operational efficiency, with an emphasis on process optimization.
On the numbers side, I want a clear, investor-ready financial roadmap—cash-flow projections, break-even analysis, funding needs, and milestone-based budgets that show how every dollar turns fabric into revenue. I already have rough cost estimates and supplier quotes; your job is to transform them into a dynamic model I can actually run the business on and adjust as we grow.
Operationally, I am looking to streamline early-stage processes before they calcify. That means mapping the current design-to-production flow, spotting bottlenecks in sampling, and creating lean procedures that keep quality high without ballooning lead times or inventory. If you have worked with offline and online stores , you will feel right at home.
Deliverables
• A 12-month financial model (Excel or Google Sheets) with scenario toggles
• Written process map plus step-by-step SOPs for the first production run
• A short action report summarising quick wins, longer-term improvements, and KPI suggestions
I plan to implement immediately, so clarity and practicality outweigh glossy presentations. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s align on the timeline and start shaping a launch-ready operation.
